My mission is to guide you to nourish your body through nutrition, to develop your intuition, to harness the power of neuroscience, and to expand your awareness in order to achieve the life you deserve.
At NINA Health, I will help you to reconnect these vital elements, empowering you to achieve balance, build resilience, and discover your true purpose.
I’m Kristina, founder of The NINA Method and a passionate advocate of the Mind-Body connection. After going through my own challenges with hormonal changes and gut health, I channeled my personal struggles into a mission to help others.
For most of my life, I struggled with gastritis and ulcers. Every emotion—stress, worry, or even excitement—seemed to settle in my gut. Over time, I became an emotional eater, using food as a way to cope during challenging times. Even though I had always been sporty and naturally slim, everything started to shift as I entered perimenopause. Hormonal changes, coupled with dissatisfaction over certain life choices, amplified my struggles. I felt out of sync with my body, mind, and purpose.
I realized I needed a transformation—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. That’s when I took the leap and enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coaching program in New York. What began as a personal mission to reclaim my health became a passion for helping others. My journey quickly evolved from self-discovery into a fulfilling profession.
With certifications in health coaching, mental coaching, and a specialization in hormonal health, as well as my Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London, I guide clients to overcome stress, build resilience, and rediscover confidence. My evidence- based approach blends science with practical strategies to empower lasting change.
Science-Backed Coaching for Lasting Well-Being
We begin with a 90-minute consultation, during which I explore your health history, challenges, and goals in depth. Grounded in the latest scientific findings, this session helps me understand your unique needs and tailor an evidence-based approach that works for you.
Based on our initial consultation, I create a customized wellness roadmap to guide you step-by-step towards improving your wellbeing and meeting your goals. We meet for a 60-minute session whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, to help you integrate new habits, overcome challenges, and refine your strategies.
Wellness is a journey, not a one- time fix. Through ongoing coaching sessions, we refine your strategies, adjust your plan as needed, and provide the support you need to ensure long-term success.
We all have mental and emotional patterns that can hold us back, even when we’re eager to make a change.
That’s why I offer coaching sessions tailored to your unique needs—whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This flexible approach ensures you receive the needed support while allowing time to implement changes between sessions
