I’ve come to believe it doesn’t matter where you come from—it matters where you’re going.
Your story, struggles, and starting point—none of that defines your worth or future. What matters is the direction you choose next.
That direction began when I realized that well-being isn’t about chasing perfection but about making intentional choices daily—bringing your mind, body, and emotions into alignment.
Through my healing journey, I learned to trust the power of the body, the wisdom of the brain, and the quiet guidance of intuition. That led me to create The NINA Method—a way to guide others using science-backed strategies and intuitive coaching.
Together, we build a sustainable path forward—toward vibrant health, deeper resilience, and a more authentic connection to yourself. Because transformation doesn’t happen at a finish line, it begins the moment you decide to take that first step.
For years, I believed that I’d feel my best if I ate right and stayed active. But when I started feeling gut issues, emotional stress, and experiencing hormonal shifts, I realized that true well-being goes far beyond just diet and exercise. Our brain, body, and emotions are deeply interconnected, and everything else follows when one is out of balance.
That realization changed everything—for my health and my career.
Looking back, I can see how disconnected I was from my body’s signals. Stress wasn’t just something I felt; it was something I lived in. It showed up in my digestion, sleep, energy levels, and mood. I didn’t realize how hormones, gut health, and lifestyle shaped my well-being.
So, I decided to understand the science behind it all and help others do the same.
My Approach: A Science-Backed, Holistic Method
Today, as a certified health and mental coach specializing in hormonal health, I blend science-backed strategies with a holistic, intuitive approach. My work is rooted in the latest research in psychology, neuroscience, and the gut-brain connection, providing evidence-based, practical guidance that fits into real life—your life.
With my Master’s in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London, I bring a unique perspective that integrates:
● Mental resilience – Managing stress, emotions, and mindset.
● Nutritional science – Understanding how food impacts brain and body function.
● Behavioral change – Creating sustainable, lifelong habits.
Because health isn’t just about what you eat—it’s about how you think, feel, and live.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me reading the latest research on longevity, spending time with my family, travelling, or dancing my heart out—movement is my form of self-expression. If you’re ready to regain control of your health, align your body and mind, and finally feel like yourself again, I would love to help.
